Claire Broughton

Assistant to The Producer Simon Channing Williams on the film The Constant Gardener, Claire spent three months in Kenya during the filming, getting to know key figures in the areas the Trust is currently helping. Along with Bek Leigh (see following), Claire voluntarily runs the day to day administration of the Trust in the UK and Kenya, while now also working for Hat Trick Productions as E.A. to the MD and Development Producer.

Sir Edward Clay

Ex British High Commissioner to Kenya. Known for speaking candidly and very publicly to highlight the corruption problems in Kenya. Sir Edward is also a Trustee for the charity Leonard Cheshire.

Gail Egan

Executive Producer of The Constant Gardener and joint owner of Potboiler Productions with Simon Channing Williams. Gail trained as a barrister and worked for, amongst others, Carlton Communications, before setting up Potboiler.

Fergal Keane OBE

Fergal Keane is a Special Correspondent for BBC News. In his 14 years with the BBC he has reported from some of the world's major trouble spots, from Northern Ireland to Rwanda and most recently Zimbabwe. He has won a string of awards for his hard-hitting, often moving reports, which have often attracted widespread critical acclaim.

Bek Leigh

A Production Accountant on The Constant Gardener, Bek voluntarily runs the day to day administration of the Trust in the UK and Kenya, along with Claire Broughton (see above), while now also head of finance at Potboiler Productions and Thin Man Films.

Mario Zvan

Croatian Producer and owner of Kenya and Croatia based Blue Sky Films (the Production Services Company on The Constant Gardener), Mario is a long term resident of Kenya and currently acts as our ‘man on the ground’ in many areas of the Trust, often providing invaluable local advice. Mario’s company Blue Sky Films has helped to produce many internationally known television series and commercials as well as big budget features such as Tomb Raider: Cradle of Life.
